Hi, I’m Manal, welcome to MidnightFit — my happy place and the home of my workout programs, and motivation to improve your overall well-being.

 
 

My journey to founding MidnightFit was a personal one…

One summer, I was determined to find myself again. In the hopes of doing so, I decided to return to the one place that was missing in my life, the gym, to which I hadn’t visited for a few years. I had gained a few pounds and wasn’t looking or feeling the same in my clothes. I decided to re-join and began working out at night. At last, all of the missing pieces that I was looking for were at the gym all along.

To assist me on my fitness journey, I followed other fitness accounts and learned how to do different exercises and make sure I had the correct form to get the most out of my workouts. Seeing what other women were achieving gave me the motivation to go after my own dreams and goals. I thought to myself, “if you want it, then make it happen.”

Like many things in life, seeing results don’t happen overnight. If you’re doing it right, it will take time to build muscle and transform your body.

Therefore, patience and persistence are the keys to your success. Eating a healthy diet, working out regularly and staying focused will steer you in the right direction to accomplishing your health goals.

Becoming a personal trainer is something I’m very proud of. Learning the fundamentals of exercise and nutrition guided me to a better lifestyle where I gained insights along the way that have driven me to accomplish greater things. Through social media, I’m able to share my knowledge and experience with you which gives me a sense of joy and fulfillment. MidnightFit is my outlet for my energy and artistic visions. I am so excited to share my knowledge and experience with you through my workout programs, home workouts and motivation to help you along your journey and to empower you to be the best version of yourself.
